RICE AND VEGGIES🍚🍆🌿🍛

Heyyyy!! Hello again everybody, how you doing??? I´m super excited: it´s spring and it´s super sunny 🌞the weather is 👌 and lots of flowers have bloomed🌸🌼🌻🌺 So we msut be very grateful to mother Earth for this amazing gift. On this post i´m just gonna post the same recipe that I´ve already uploaded, but...... in english yeahhhhh!!! It´s such an easy, cheap and vegan recipe of rice with quinoa and roasted veggies😋😋 ingredients: - 1 little cup of rice with quinoa - 2 medium carrots - 1/4 onion - 2 cups of broccoli steps: 1. P ut the double of water tahn rice in a pot and let it boil. Once it is boiling add the rice and the quinoa and stir frequently. 2. I n a stirpan add some water and soy sauce (or oil, you choice). Meanwhile, chop the carrots and the onion, then add it all to the pan. Let it cook over slow heat. 3. A fter 10-12 mins pour some soy sauce to the rice and keep on stiring it, so it doesn´t get burnt...
