Bienvenidos una vez más a mi blog👋👋😊😊 Hoy os tengo preparada un post que os va a encantar, ¿adivináis lo que es? ... un BIZCOCHO DE ZANAHORIA, todo lo sabroso de un  postre y lo saludable de las verduras. No os lo perdáis !! ⇩ ⇩                         PASO A PASO: Es una receta hiper fácil de preparar, lo primero que hay que hacer es precalentar el horno a 180ºC. A continuación, en un bol mezclamos los siguientes ingredientes: - 100 gr panela (azúcar moreno en su defecto) - 4 cucharadas grandes de compota de manzana - 1 yogur vegetal de soja neutro - 1/2 mango batido          - 200 gr de harina de trigo integral - 5 gr de canela (1 cucharadita) - 10 gr de levadura en polvo  ( 2 cucharaditas) - 5 gr de jengibre - 5 gr de nuez moscada - 3 zanahorias picadas - 120 grs de nueces - 1/ 2 vaso de aceite de girasol / coco Batimos muy bien hasta que casi queden grumos, lo vertimo...

¿CÓMO CONSEGUIR TUS OBJETIVOS? ✔✔ Seguro que os ha pasado alguna vez que os sentís un poco perdidos o queréis algo y no sabéis muy bien cómo conseguirlo, pues bien, hoy os traigo la que para mí fue la solución e a estos problemas, y espero que también lo sea para los vuestros, o que al menos os ayude en algo.
