You can take these veggies on a juice, smoothie, salad or whatever u want.
COLD:
Carrot: high in fiber fot the stomach, potasium and phosphorus for invigorating, and betacarotene for vitamin A
ginger: high in antioxidants for stress, amino acids for head aches and high in vitamins B and C for nasal congestion
garlic: high in vitamin B for strenghten our blood vessels, and a natural antibiotic for the immunological system
pineapple: high in vitamin C, B1, B6, magnesium, calcium and antioxidants which are good for digestion, colds, diabetes, and heart diseases.
DEPRESION:
carrot
apple: 15% of fibre for the stomach, antioxidants for heart health, vitamin C for regenerating injuries and calming our system
beet: nitric acid contributes to relaxation and dilation of blood vessels as well as it acts as an energetic impulse for the body
spinach: promotes energy and vitality due to vitamin K and B
walnuts: Walnuts are one of the richest plant sources of omega-3 fatty acids, and numerous studies have demonstrated how omega-3 fatty acids support brain function and reduce depression symptoms.
HEADACHE:
apple: Raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar can contain iron, potassium, and calcium. Both the minerals and the acidity in apple cider vinegar indirectly helps headaches.
